Time of day / Day of week

Picture
It's obvious that driving in the dark will be different from daylight.

But time of day can affect what kind of road user is around you, and what the weather is doing.  As can time of year.  Horse-riders, cyclists, tourists, walkers.

Schoolchildren may be travelling, or farmers harvesting crops or herding animals.  Kids may be on school holidays.  The sun may be low, or frost still lingering in shadowy parts.  And sudden rain may make pedestrians do what's unexpected.
